Other than the % fee on ad spend, are there any other monthly fees or setup fees?

​​We just have a subscription fee of $100 USD/month, then we just charge the percentage of ad spend based on your spend.

Your monthly subscription bill to us, covers the initial $2000 in ad spend. You will not incur any further charges for ad spend below this threshold. However, if your spend exceeds $2000 in any given month, a surplus charge of 5% will be applied to the additional spend. Furthermore, if your spend exceeds $20,000 in any given month, the surplus charge decreases to 4% and so on.
