No, the accounts are not top up. When you receive your ad account you have 24 hours to attach your card, once you have attached your card your meta spend will be deducted from your card as you spend.
However regarding our fee’s we do ask for a prepayment for our fee’s which means you pay your % of fees upfront. So for example:
5% Fee
€250 Payment
€5000 spending limit
For whatever amount you Pay to us, we will set that limit on the ad account based on the above formula. This can easily be increased at any time. So if you pay €250 and then spend €5000 on advertisement, you can easily pay another €250 which will then allow a total spend of €10,000.
