Yes you can run multiple stores/offers on the same ad account.

What payment methods do the ad accounts accept?
We accept all major cards including but not limited to Visa/Mastercard/American Express, we also accept paypal as a payment method.

Are they top up accounts?
No, the accounts are not top up. When you receive your ad account you have 24 hours to attach your card, once you have attached your card your meta spend will be deducted from your card as you spend.
However regarding our fee’s we do ask for a prepayment for our fee’s which means you pay your % of fees upfront. So for example:

For whatever amount you Pay to us, we will set that limit on the ad account based on the above formula. This can easily be increased at any time. Can I get an ad account in any currency or time zone?
Yes, we can accommodate ad accounts in any currency or time zone you prefer.

How fast can I get an account?
Up to two working days however in most cases the account can be delivered on the same day. On the weekends it can take a little longer than usual.

Can I change the currency or timezone after the ad account is created?
Unfortunately, once the ad account has been created any alterations to the currency or timezone are not possible. To accommodate the changes, we would need to create a new ad account according to your updated preferences.

Can I attach the credit card to the account myself?
At the moment it's best that we add it for you, as Facebook is very sensitive with payment restrictions just now.

Can I add more than one domain or Facebook page, or can I swap the Facebook pages?
Yes, we don’t limit the amount of Facebook pages or domains you can add.

Can I change the billing country on the ad account?
No you can’t change the billing country once the account is live.

Can I spend a lot on the first day? How much should I spend?
We recommend warming up the ad account with an Engagement Page Likes campaign at €5 per day for 48 hours. Then you can move to a €50-€100 Sales campaign afterwards, gradually increasing the spend daily.
